Building Confidence

Reduce fear of falling by improving strength, practicing safe falling techniques, building ability to stand up after fall, develops and improves balance and coordination

Improved Overall Wellness

Improving strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.  As with any wellness program, participants will benefit from a varied workout program that addresses all of these wellness components.  A variety of workout modalities keep workouts fun and engaging. 

PD Community

Participants find a sense of community while exercising alongside of other people living with Parkinson's Disease.  Participants share stories and lifestyle modifications that have worked for them.  Support teams find a PD family.

NO BOXING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Arrive at each workout class ready to work and have fun. Our coach will guide you through each exercise station and help you to improve overall form.
